Becoming a member is the best way to get more involved with our theatre group. We're always looking for more people to join our growing and enthusiastic team of members.
Not only do you get discounted ticket prices, insurance cover at the venue and the newsletter, but you also get invitations to our special events.
STG regularly holds a friends and family night for members, as well as the occasional working bee for those who are more hands on. STG also runs workshops for those who would like to start learning or learn more about directing, lighting/sound, set design/construction, and whatever else there is demand for.
Financial members are also entitled to vote for the following year's committee at the AGM (Annual General Meeting). If you have some special skills (management, marketing, artistic, technical, etc.) or are just keen to part of the team that helps STG reach its full potential, then we strongly encourage you to run for a place on our committee. Nominations must be submitted before the AGM.
Further details will be provided to you when you become a member. If you feel you are not ready to join the committee just yet, then members are also welcome to attend our General Meetings, dates will be advertised, where you can contribute your thoughts or ideas during our discussions. All members must agree to abide by our Code of Conduct.

Annual membership in Sunnybank Theatre Group is for 1 or 3 years from the date joined and payment is made though our ticketing system, TicketSearch. We use a separate system, BetterImpact, to manage member information, contact details etc.

APPLY FOR MEMBERSHIP (ONLINE)
Simply complete the online application form (BetterImpact) and then pay your membership fees using our separate on-line ticketing system. Unfortunately, you will need to have a separate login for each system. Your application will then be considered by the Management Committee and you will be notified of the outcome.
APPLY FOR MEMBERSHIP (PAPER BASED)
Simply complete the application form, email it to our Box Office. Please note the paper based process can take significantly longer for us to process.
